Our office is nestled in the heart of commercial fixed and rotorcraft operations for both agriculture and fire suppression operations. Helicopters are as common to our clients as John Deere tractors! We love flying and, yes, we serve as pilots in command both in the air and in the courthouse. Aviation law has been a part of our practice since 2012. We advise and assist our aviation-related business clients with matters involving litigation disputes, risk management, safety programs, litigation, insurance issues, contract drafting and negotiation, financing, and leasing questions.
